Rust Warranty - Disgusting service from Suzuki South Africa

I have had nothing but good service from Suzuki Port Shepstone, Chris and his team are excellent, and only have good things to say about them.

I however am totally disgusted at the service of Suzuki South African, when it comes to rust warranty claims.

In June I took my Suzuki swift in for a rust check as there is rust inside all the doors, on the roof and various other places.

I was asked to bring it in again in July for a full inspection by the Big Bosses, which we did.

The vehicle was involved in an accident last year, which was repaired, (i was told it had to be repaired by an approved Suzuki agent, which is what was done). none of the panels which have rust were even damaged. The damage was mostly under the vehicle ).

I have now been informed that they will not cover the rust due to the fact that the vehicle was involved in an accident.

I am totally disgusted, (I followed what I was told by using the panelbeaters on the panel of suzuki due to it still been under warranty). I could have just as well taken it somewhere cheaper to have fixed, because it would not have made any difference.

Just when I thought I made the right decision by buying suzuki I was seriously let down.
