Rust Suzuki Jimny

<p>I have three complaints against Suzuki. I recently took my 2011 Suzuki Jimny for a rust assessment as I have heard that the Jimny's have a problem with rust, I was told that these is rust along the chassis and in the engine of my car, which will cost over R20 000 to repair. As my car is still under warranty I submitted my documents to Suzuki only to be informed that this 'type' of rust is not covered.</p> <p>My first complaint is regarding their customer care, I have recieved unprofessional service with stories and information constantly changing, and have been sent in circles without recieving adequate feedback, only to be told that the case is now considered closed. My second complaint is regarding rust on the Jimnys, as this has now been identified as a problem with Jimnys and an anti-rust coating is now being offered for these vehicles, I would expect that such extensive rust on a 5 year old car would cause some concern for the team at Suzuki SA, as this is a weak point of the car which has not been addressed. Finally, as my last service was completed by Suzuki Bryanston and the body work inspection was not signed off, I do not think this is acceptab;e service. Had this rust been picked up earlier, the damage would not have been as extensive and this could have been escalated to Suzuki more timeously.</p> <p>After trying to resolve this matter for over a month, I am hoping o finally get some professional feedback.</p>
