Rust and poor service Suzuki

Highly annoyed, I've been waiting for a response from Suzuki after emailing them on the 30 April regarding the rust on my car. They repied saying that the email had been elevated to management, I've not heard from them since. Probably not a good idea to purchase Suzuki if their vehicles rust after 3.5 years, however this does fall out of their 3 year warranty so they aren't responsible and won't reply to my messages. This is not worth the bad review that they are getting from me and probably others. Watch out for inferior quality paint job from Suzuki not to mention their poor customer service.
