REFUND - Suzuki Northcliff!!!

I am very disappointed with the service i am still receiving from Suzuki Northcliff. Earlier last month i was pre -approved for a car which i paid a Deposit for. I ended up not taking the Car because of disclosures made after i was to buy the car. ONE MONTH LATER , i am still waiting for my refund. I have spoken to the consultant several times, I have even contacted the manager , Still no luck and still waiting ....
