RDS malfunction in 2023 Baleno

I wrote a review on Suzuki auto a few weeks back but I did not expect a return reply and to date they have not. I was hoping we could come to some agreement on my infotainment system in my 2023 Baleno glx because the manual clearly states that the receiver has RDS but it does not work. Hopefully replace with an infotainment that RDS will function, or convert it to RDS as they state it has such a receiver in the radio and if it does not have a RDS receiver then fitting one should be easy. But it appears as though they are not interested
