Quick to sell but absolutely no after sales service. Shocking responses.
I bought a new Suzuki Ciaz in October 2017 at Suzuki Northcliff.
On noticing a vibration in the front wheels I reported this at my service and was told that nothing was wrong. The aircon packed up in November 2018 and I took it `to the Roodepoort Service Centre. I told them about the wheel problem after which I was phoned and told that the tyres were distorted. In other words I bought a car and have driven 32oookm with faulty (unsafe ) tyres. Suzuki then phoned me and told me that Goodyear was prepared to replace the tyres and I would be responsible for 50%, being an amount of R`950 per tyre. This made no sense as the tyres cost around R1300 and surely Goodyear should charge 50% of the cost price and not retail. I also feel that Suzuki has just ignored my problem and has taken no responsibility for putting me in an unsafe car which I have driven for a year now, and for which I paid cash. This product has been a total waste of money and is just not reliable.
