Problem with paint of Swift

In Feb 2014, when my car was less than a week old, I discovered some tar on the passenger side which would not come off no matter what I tried. I never hear of such a problem with any other car. I had a long argument with Suzuki head office that there must be a problem with the paint of the car, but they claimed that it wasn't tar. I took it to Suzuki Centurion who referred me to the place that cleans their cars. They tried to buff it off and in the process buffed off the paint. I then had to get it resprayed on my own cost. While drying my car this weekend I discovered tar on both sides of the car and sprayed it with tar remover. On the side that was resprayed all the spots wiped off easily first time, but on the other side after 3 tries none of the spots have even became lighter. So I claim it again: There is a problem with the paint on my Suzuki Swift.
