Possible damage to vehicle

I purchased a VW Polo from Suzuki Witbank on the 19th July 2014 and yes it is a year later. <br> <br> It hasn't triggered any alarms but lately the car has been giving me some mechanical issues and after thorough inspection I feel that the car has been involved in an accident even though my registration certificate says it is used. <br> <br> The vehicle has clearly been repsrayed and panels do not line up correctly, there are missing covers, panels are squashed. It appears though body puttty has been used to fix certain areas of the car. <br> <br> I was never told once why the car has been worked on so I feel that a misrepresentation of the vehicle has taken place and now I am sitting with the burden of it. <br> <br> My theory is that the dealership knowingly sold me this car knowing that there was fault with it and didn't disclose any of this information to me. <br> <br> I don't think it is fair. The sales lady who sold me the vehicle does not work there anymore.
