Poor service updates

I went to their buitenkant street branch in Cape Town,requested a test drive. No can do yesterday. Can do today( Friday 31 October) I agreed. No one called me and thecsales person never sent any messages to me and no test car arrived. Poor service there. I won't be using Suzuki in future. Tough luck.
