Poor Service from Suzuki Northcliff

I purchased a used Suzuki from CMH Volvo Silverlakes and dealt with Andre Dippenaar who did his job very well. There were some minor issue with the car and this was sorted out efficiently. The one major problem is that the vehicle did not have a spare key. After months of waiting, a new key was ordered and I was sent to Suzuki Northcliff to have it programmed with the vehicle. By the end of the first day, they could not get the programming right and we were left without a car. The workshop manager then contacted me on the second day and said the key could not be programmed as someone had changed the wiring. I eventually sent over a friend of mine who is an auto electrician and he proceeded to teach them how to program a key. They did not know that there was a limited time from when a new code was sent to the time the new key had to be programmed - I am not sure how many times they tried. In the process, the original key that was working perfectly now does not work. The arrogant workshop manager then told me that each key can only be programmed a certain number of times before it expires and a new key has to be ordered. He proceeded to tell me that this was not his problem.
