Poor service

Spares department could not care less, i have waited 3 weeks for body clips every time i've called to check on my spares and had to refresh the guys memory on 4 occasions and ever time he has promised to call me back. Thats 4 times you have written my number down and failed to get back to me.

Please don't bother yourselves with trying to rectify your epic fail in customer care i will be going to another branch.
