PLEASE HELP, I'm driving a Suzuki
Hi all. So Iwhould just like to share my terrible experience I had with Suzuki. I bought a Suzuki Swift 1.2 GL 2017 model in January'18, with 7313km on the clock (demo model).
1) 2 months later they replaced my release bearing. After release bearing was replaced, my range didn't pick up any fuel in my petrol tank. My tank was full of petrol but my computer box didn't register any fuel. 2) Computer box replaced. 3) After 3 months, I went to a kiddies party and as I drove out of the drive way I saw a wet spot on the paving. As I went closer I just smelled fuel. Phoned the workshop manager at Suzuki Polokwane. He said because it is a Saturday they will be unable to help me, I need to wait till the Monday. Monday came, they took my car in to the workshop. They said that my fuel tank is leaking and I will be needing a new one. As from today 27Nov'18 it wil be 1 month that I'm still waiting for my car. I have send complaints in to Suzuki SA but no response.
So I decided that they can keep my car. And I bought myself a Volkswagen Polo Vivo.
Suzuki Polokwane has got no, but no service. My car broke 3x this year. I were very disappointed in the way I was been spoken to by the Financial CEO of the company as well as been treated by the Work Shop manager. I do understand that cars brake, but really all that I'm asking for was just "help me please" but no service.
