Playing Puppet Master with the clients

I visited the Suzuki Branch in Alberton today in search of a new Suzuki Swift. I went to sit down and see what I can be approved for, they listed a 2021 Suzuki Swift GL for a cash price of 179,900.00

With my Deposit and balloon payment my installment would work out at R 2,115.42

Then I google Suzuki swift and see Braynston is running a special on the same vehicle for R175,900. I called the Braynston branch and asked, the guy took down my details and he said "no we can give you a better price".

It feels like I am being played like a puppet!!!! Why can I not be given the best price at one dealership? Why must I feel like now I need to phone every branch around Gauteng to get a better price???
