Pathetic Service

In March 2017 I purchased a demo model Suzuki swift. I then went home to fine a stone dent on the vehicle. I called the sales agent (Abri) who advised that I could bring it in to be sorted. I eventually made an appointment and brought in the vehicle. When I took the car to the dealer. the sales person said that he was not expecting me. I live in JHB and this branch is in PTA , so you can imagine the drive. The sales person then gave me his word that he will get the guys to come to either work or home to sort it out, That was 3 months ago. No one from the branch has even responded to emails.

I will not recommend this branch to anyone.
