Parts order disaster

More than a month ago an order was placed with Suzuki SA by Motorcycle Mecca for a gear selector fork (Part# 25211-28H00) on a 2015 Suzuki RMZ450. The parts has still not arrived at the dealership that placed the order. I find it TOTALLY unacceptable !!! My motorcycle is with Heaths Offroad for repairs and has been since November 14 because of the delay from Suzuki SA. They were promised the part 2 weeks after logging the order. the part is still on back-order with Suzuki SA As a result I had to cancel a trip to Lesotho where I was supposed to participate in an offroad event. The fact that this part is not available in SA is astounding and to make things worse, 5 weeks after order, part still isn't available !!
