Not fulfilling promises

I purchased a second hand vehicle from this branch. At the time of purchase it was noted that the spare key, backboard and service book and manual were missing. As part if the sales agreement it was promised that the originals would be sourced, or new ones would be provided. Almost 3 months and multiple calls and e-mails later....and still nothing. Not even the courtesy of replying to my e-mails.
