Super dissatisfaction and disappointed with Suzuki Pietermaritzburg branch. We completed finance and car purchase forms last week and hand delivered to Brandon the salesmen whom had assisted my husband last Tuesday. After long silent and since the car special we were applying for ends tomorrow my husband went in today to follow up and discovered our forms are sitting on Brandons desk and his excuse is that the lady that processes them to the relevant banks was off over the weekend. He's been sitting with our forms for a week without doing what is expected of him with loads ******* as an excuse. And my husband overheard his colleague asking him how many people is he selling one car to last week, so he's been deceptively selling one car to many customers! Utter nonsense! We've lost a chance in purchasing our desired vehicle in that special price because of him and his incompetency and now my husband is looking for a different brand and I am losing a chance to own the brand I loved! Yhis is wrong!!!
