NO FEEDBACK, UNPROFFESIONEL, NOT TRUSTWORTHY,
SADLY BUT TRUE hitting month six (6) and still struggling with my Suzuki SX4 to get sorted out, ever since my first complaint to Suzuki SA customer care complaint department in October 2015 and which was the unpleasant, unprofessional service ether and getting my vehicle on own cost to Suzuki Polokwane and each time visiting them to get feedback and specially at the service department being handled with a attitude and impolite manner am with out my vehicle for 6 months, mainly used for business

Again i was promised feedback on my last visit more then three weeks back and still no response.
Suzuki SA and Suzuki Polokwane should inform thir customers if they can't accommodate giving their customers feedback so we at least know to do it our self

I am highly disappointed (few not so nice words) in Suzuki hope nether doing business with them again, nor recommend them to anyone. Please Suzuki SA / Suzuki Polokwane ill finish paying the peace of .... use it as pleased (spare parts for next unhappy customer as i believe theirs a few) because not even having confidence in own product to by the thing back

i was forced to purchase another vehicle as im committed to do my job, not Suzuki
You were previously informed that the warranty would not cover this as your vehicle is out of warranty.
But the main problem is that you continued to drive the vehicle from Polokwane to JHB in 1 gear when you knew something was not right and the gears were stuck, therefore causing the gearbox to fail.
Your concerns should have been followed through with the dealership when you felt the problem even after the 75 000km service.
Suzuki SA assisted you as much as we could in this situation.
Best regards,
Suzuki Auto South Africa
