Never by a Suzuki

Good day, I would not even give Suzuki Auto South African 1 star on Customer satisfaction. I was in a car accident with my brand new Suzuki Ignis on the 28th of April 2018, since then my Brand new Suzuki was at the panel beaters. It has been 79 days and I have still not received my car from the panel beaters. The reason for this is that the parts was on back order by Suzuki South Africa and when they did receive the parts Suzuki South Africa supp**** the panel beaters with the incorrect parts. The fortunate part is that after about 40 days Suzuki decided to bring me a car that I can drive for the time being, but I received a call from the panel beaters on Friday the 13th of July 2018. They said that Suzuki South Africa want's the car back they gave me to drive. And that they are going to bring my vehicle to me but all the parts aren't fitted. This is unacceptable and I will report Suzuki and the panel beaters to every institution I should to get a answer. Also, my car just had over 1500km on it when it went into the panel beaters, I really do hope that the cars odometer did not increase by to much. Other wise they will leave me no choice to take the matter further. Suzuki South Africa, if I knew that it would be so difficult to get the parts for my car, I would have never bought it. The Ignis has won numerous awards but what is the use if there is no parts in South Africa.
