Never buy a Suzuki Ignis!

I bought a brand new Suzuki Ignis from Mekor Tygervalley on 12 March. In April I had to bring the car in twice for a noise on the wheels, which I thought was the brakes. First I was told that it was the wheel balancing, then that the wheels had to be rotated and then that the suspension was dry because a) the car had been standing in the factory for some time and b) due to the water shortage it had not been washed! After querying this ridiculous statement I was told that rubber mountings from the suspension could be dry due to friction or movement from the (1 month old!) suspension! On 7 June I had to bring it in again due to the gearbox not functioning correctly when putting it from drive to reverse and back to drive. I was told that "The vehicle did not store any faults for the automated manual transmission (AMT), but we have re-calibrated the AMT and done the programming for it. At the time of testing the gear selection was normal". However on 20 and 24 June I again experienced this issue. I decided to take photos proving that the gear was in Drive or Reverse, but shows as neutral. I am now sick an tired of this car and want my money back! I am a single mom of a small child and CANNOT afford get stuck next to the road with a car that won't drive! I specifically buy new cars every 4 years so that I don't have to deal with any car issues! And all they do is just tell me to bring the car in for a service again! The fourth time in 3 months! I don't have the time to bring a brand new car in repeatedly for nonsense like this!
