My rights as a consumer

I bought a Suzuki Swift February 2017 three months late the back window shattered they replace it then we mentioned we hear a noise and shuddering on the front they told us to replace the disc or skim it we had to skim it replace the brake pads out of our own pockets as they said its past the warranty after that the noise is still there and shuddering now they find out faulty tyres were place on the car I want some advise what are my rights must i seek legal assistants for a new car and what about my money i paid for the disc because it seem this car is a factory faulty please assist me with advise
