I purchased a 2nd hand vehicle at suzuki firstly from the most *********** sales person I have ever met,I had to constantly tell her what to do, and remind her to do her job, so I basically did the sale myself. They advertised a vehicle with full franchise history service book, and I was promised again when I signed my contract that the service book was up to date with full franchise history, after numerous calls, emails, SMS's and messages and a month later I still don't have feedback from Riel regarding my service book, its not up to date, missed 4 services, and in the meantime the sales person who sold the car to me has left the company, and noooooo one even does a courtesy call to finalize my deal. They **** on the advert, and their service is beyond useless!!!!!! Thank god for CPA, this is not the last, I will take this matter further, and proof their incompetences. I will make sure that every person looking to buy a car, never turns to Suzuki Bryanston even as a last resort!!!
