Issue still not resolved

Hi, I have been experiencing an issue with the Suzuki Service Centre based in Umhlanga. The vehicle has a shudder on the steering wheel and a loud noise coming from the left side of the vehicle. The person that was assisting me was Mdu. 1st time at the service centre – I was told that I would need to change the hub and wheel bearing. That was done, the problem still wasn’t resolved. 2nd time at the service centre – I was told that I would need to skim the disc. That was done, the problem still wasn’t resolved. I took my vehicle back to the service centre today, Mdu advised that I would need to skim the disc again and replace the brake pads. I am not happy with the way this is being handled. I am now inconvenienced by having to return to the service centre many times with no resolution. Can someone investigate this as a matter of urgency and advise.
