Information gate keeping for profit making

Hi, bought Ertiga GL 2023 vehicle demo at Suzuki from the floor. 10 months later I take out battery to jump start another vehicle. Return battery to the vehicle and radio is locked. Check book for code- NOTHING. Call branch and head office, no help! Resolution I must pay for code. My response; gate keeping of information. Codes was never shared with me when purchasing the vehicle. Next stop- ombudsman. Tjjjjr
