Inconvenience

Today I took my car in for service and asked to be picked up at 2:3pm, only got picked up at 4:30, this is totally unacceptable as I lost my doctors appointment which took 2 months to get... I am not happy. I believe the reason was that there was another lady who got picked up at my office park at 4pm and they decided to merge the two pick ups this is totally unacceptable....
