I was told a week ago that my number plates were ready for pick up

I was told a week ago that my number plates were ready for pick up. I confirmed yesterday and again this morning that I was planning to come fetch them. I arrived but the sales lady couldn’t find them. I drove from another town to fetch them. Poor service
