I sent an enquiry about specs on a new model Suzuki on their website. The reply received did not address the issue but merely referred me to contact one of their branches that incidentally do not list any email addresses. The question related to something that their Head Office was supposed to be able to address, but their customer care devision was to lazy to even try and solve the issue. They rather sent a standard email reply. Pathetic service. Their reference CSN-16195 refers.
