HUGE Problem with Suzuki Brynston

my name is Xoli Zililo ,I have a problem with Suzuki Brynston Dealership, i bought Suzuki Balleno 2018 Model last year September. when i'm driving the car its shaking and when i change the gear its jacking told them about that, they came fetch the car. they said to me they checked the alignment everything its fine, the only problem its the broken Rim but to my surprise the problem its still persisting, call them back told them about the same problem that i have with the car spoke to the sales manager i got no help from him either, now i'm stuck dont know who to speak to dont know where to go regarding this problem in actual fact i'm not happy with their service as well as the product. your help will be highly appreciated thanking you in advance.
