Guarantee not honoured

Automatic gearbox failed whilst still under guarantee, firstly it took dealership in Hillcrest KZN 10 days to accept responsibility and now more than another 2 weeks later we are without a vehicle after several promises not kept. Will advise anyone thinking of this make to think again. D. M.
