Gear box repairs and front brakes

Bought a car from witbank suzuki last year August 2014 ,to date Ive been told my brakes shudder due to glaze on brake disc which has been check twice with no positive out come still sitting with problem,placing myself and family members in possible danger !!! Reffering to the gear box ,Ive communicated this with two managers at the garage and to date no joy or response,vechile was booked for 27/10/2015 to repair gearbox as it keeps jumping out of second gear while driving and not going into reverse gear grinding sound from time to time,to date no futher arrangements have been made from the so called manager as his excuse is there is no curtisy car availible ,this is unacceptable and my next step would communications with the motor industry ombudsman of South Africa (MIOSA)
