FRUSTRATION REGARDING SOFT TOP

I bought a dual top Jeep cash from Suzuki Bryanston end of November 2014 that was advertised on OLX. The ad specify that a soft top was included and never used before. I was suppose to receive the registration papers on the date of delivery but it was only registered on my name during January 2015. After I complained about the incomplete soft top, I visited their offices to collect the papers, the numbers plates and also to resolve the problem of the soft top. The number plates was not ready for collection.<br> Previously I took the vehicle to Wonderboom Jeep to assist me with the fixture of the soft top and they advised me that parts are missing and they gave me a quotation that was submitted to Suzuki Bryanston.<br> After several calls and emails from myself to Suzuki Bryanston, Paul Moss, Riel and Jean-Pierre made promises but the problem is still not solved.<br> I specifically bought a dual top Jeep and persist on receiving the parts to complete the soft top to enable me to use it.
