Faulty aircon Suzuki

Suzuki SX4 2013: Aircon stopped functioning. After regas it was found that it was still not working - electrical error suspected. Taken to Suzuki Port Elizabeth (Tavcor): Checked and problem not found - Cost R747.50. Suzuki Port Elizabeth then quoted for "diagnose aircon" (including removing dashboard): R7475.00. Decided not to trust Suzuki with this. Car taken to Noels aircon in PE: Faulty electrostat found, removed and repaired at cost of R1700.00. Aircon working perfectly. Does not reflect well on Suzuki SA and Tavcor.
