Extremely Poor customer care service

Suzuki Ciaz vehicle I own bursts a coolant pipe. The car doesn't give a warning alarm only cuts off the engine when the damage is done. This eventually lead to engine damage. Worst part is being told you will not be helped as the company policy doesnt cater for that, yet the car is still well under warranty. This is just pathetic. One would expect these cars to warn a driver before the damage is done not after. The safety aspect is just not up to the required/expected technological standard. As the user of this car, what Ford drivers experienced is going to be repeated with Suzuki SA.
