extremely bad services
<p>Daryl & Cedric.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have never in my life heard of such poor service from a sales team in my life.</p> <p> </p> <p>So I found They Hyundai Getz 1.6 Auto on OLX on Sunday left a message for Desmond to contact me first thing on Monday morning.</p> <p> </p> <p>So he did and within minutes after the call he requested for me to get my finance application in for the car as he had a lot of enquires on this car.</p> <p> </p> <p>So I did do exactly that.</p> <p> </p> <p>After that Megan arrange my finance and I followed up with her yesterday to hear if this has happened and completed in full and she Confirmed yes it has been approved and that I am not to worry my application was in first (up to this point I thought great service) she will build my package and send it to me in the morning.</p> <p> </p> <p>Last night Desmond sends me message saying that the “other deal went through” and he hopes and prays it will falls through.</p> <p> </p> <p>My reaction not happy of course and thought he mixed up his customers and I correct him and told him that according to Megan my deal was in first so I am the customer the car was sold to.</p> <p> </p> <p>This morning after waiting to be contacted I start asking for updates and eventually I get a what’s app message from Desmond informing me another customer was first in line and apparently put a holding deposit down (why was I not offered this option as I explained to him I am definitely taking the car)</p> <p> </p> <p>So now I start calling and after being dropped on a call twice and eventually transferred 7 times (I believe I pretty much spoke to just about everyone in the dealership this morning)</p> <p> </p> <p>Megan very apologetic but obviously can’t do anything.</p> <p>Cedric explaining he can’t reverse the deal was the other customer apparently paid cash (no application to be approved) and ofcourse that he told Desmond not to sell me the car as its already been sold and he will sit Desmond down and talk to him I shouldn’t worry (great I will drive my worry as I still have no car just a disgusting slap in the face for being dismissed) then I get told there is nothing he can do as he cannot reverse the deal as I need to understand how unhappy his customer will be……… so me being chopped liver need to bring this under the right eyes I believe.</p> <p> </p> <p>So from here I get a call from Desmond about 10 min after the call that I made to Cedrick )my first call back from this super team back after they wasted my time for 2 days.</p> <p>Explaining he didn’t know about the deal and was not informed at all about any deal (once he said this I reminded him that he rushed because of the other deal and he is actually lying to me without realising it and once this is done I get the phoned slammed down in my ear.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>So please explain to me how this all happened.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
