EMPTY PROMISES!!!!

After purchasing a car from Suzuki (BB Auto) Polokwane 2 months back I have only had issues. As my transaction only took 2 days as I was very happy with the vehicle I wanted it was a smooth sale. The sales man advised I would have a 90 day grace period before my first installment which would be in February 2018, beginning of this month he tells me "oh sorry but you have to pay for the car this month" of course I fought it as I had written confirmation from him on when my first installment would be. getting absolutely no feedback I decide to contact the manager which fought against me and did not want to assist, about a week later the sales man got back to me advising he would now have to pay my installment out of his own pocket which I think is only fair as he made the mistake! Now after advising the money would be sent to my account they have another 500 stories. Since 19 December the salesman has promised daily to send me the proof of payment as I told him the debit order is on 1 Jan so the money needs to reflect before then. Now he is just ignoring me completely, I phoned the manager again for him to tell him what is the situation but he still did not offer me a solutions now I have to pay bank charges for their MISTAKES!!!!

Please start hiring educated trained salesmen as this has happened to my colleague as well, you easy to sell cars but makes so much empty promises but never deliver the manager just throws his hands in the air. I am sick and tired of this pathetic service.

Suzuki Polokwane (BB Auto) needs to start taking ownership for their mistakes!

I will never refer anyone to that pathetic place where they offer "customer service". Maybe start selling toy cars for R20 then the car is worth more than the service!
