Don't expect SWIFT reaction from Suzuki Helderberg (Trust Auto Group)

Don't TRUST Trust Auto Group to SWIFTly deal with matters at Suzuki Helderberg. However, when you look at 309 one-star out of a total of 545 reviews on HelloPeter it seems as if Suzuki South Africa doesn't really care about dealing with customer's issues promptly and efficiently. As long as more vehicles are sold than Volkswagen, everything is running smoothly mos! Numerous complaints appear on social media about rust issues and it seems as if it takes many moons before matters are addressed and hopefully solved. My own negative experience at Suzuki Helderberg has been reported and I'm still waiting for any feedback as well as the funds which were transferred on Wednesday 20 March 2024.
