Disgusting service

I bought a Suzuki Ertiga a few months back and I have been trying to book a service with Suzuki King Williams Town in the Eastern Cape for the past month without any luck.

My car is now over 2000 kilometers overdue for 30000 kilometer service under service plan.

The service agent has been telling me stories after stories and always promising to come back to me with a date to bring my car for service.

I have now lost hope and confidence and considering selling the car if this the service you get from Suzuki. This is the 4th week now I ve been calling and going to the dealership with no help.
