disgusting brand and customer service

Suzuki Kenilworth, Cape Town: I bought a brand new espresso 2 yrs ago and the central locking\key has been a problem. The car went for two services already and each time I tell then to fix it, but they never do. The keep giving me bull**** reasons why the central loacking does not work instaed of fixing the problem

The last service was 3 weeks ago, and in the follow up call i mentioned all this, but no one has bothered to contact me to fix this problem!

To those reading this, suzuki SA has ******* customer service, the Kenilworth branch might be the worst. Remember this was a brand new buy! Take your money eslewhere as this brand is really bad!
