Disgusted by the treatment of SUZUKI IPOP JOHANNESBURG SOUTH

I bought a Suzuki Baleno Auto from Suzuki IPOP Johannesburg South. The consultant, Wisdom Nyathi had promised me that the car would come with a reverse assist camera, mind you I'm in the Eastern Cape. I only received the car today and ask the dealer which it was delivered to show me how the features of the car. I then realised that the car had no reverse camera assist. I immediately called the consultant, only to find him arrogant! He told me the car was not an SLDA and I couldn't afford the car I wanted, I then asked him why didn't he tell me this and he just told me I can return the car if I want to, I told him I would report to the manager but he couldn't care less he just told me ok. I then continued to call the Manager somehow the consultant was already at his managers office and the phone call was not productive at all because everyone was just talking at the same and the manager kept on telling me about what Wisdom is saying even after I had told I have an email as evidence of what Wisdom had promised me. I called few minutes later and then I was told that the manager had gone home. No phone call to me or whatsoever to apologize. I had already taken up insurance for the car and had already sold my car. Companies nowadays only care for sales and dont care about how the sale may impact the customer. I mean I financed the car and I was gonna pay years for the car for something I dont want. Wisdom Nyathi is a reap off if ever you pass by Johannesburg South please dont let him assist you.
