Disappointed Suzuki driver

Firstly, my Suzuki Swift is only under 3 years old. I purchased it brand new. Since then I have had to take the vehicle in 3 times to have the dashboard removed due to a loose part. Now, I see rust forming above my one back light. My car is parked in a garage at night and in undercover parking in the day. How the heck can rust form on a vehicle that is under 3 years old. Again, I am without a vehicle for 3 days with no loan replacement as it will cost me R17 000 excess in the event of an accident. They have not even offered to spray a protection film over the vehicle to protect it from further rust despite the fact that all their newer models are having that done. So done
