Disappointed in suzuki S.A.

Im very disappointed in their service delivery,it's been 4 months now waiting for them to deliver parts of my car but they are sending me from pillar to post while i payed for those parts. Their delay is costing me too much money cause i have to hire a car whenever i need to go home,I've been driving suzuki brand for 5yrs but this time am changing this brand???
