I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the poor service I received at your Suzuki dealership in Kroonstad, which has left me thoroughly disappointed with both the sales and customer service experience.

On the 3rd of January 2025, I visited your dealership with the intention of viewing and test driving the new Suzuki Swift, a car that I was highly interested in purchasing. However, upon my arrival, I was informed that there was no demo model available for a test drive. The sales representative suggested that I return the following day, which I did, and we scheduled a test drive for 2:00 pm on the 4th of January.

When I returned as arranged, I was once again met with excuses and was told that the demo model was unavailable yet again, despite my earlier visit and prior agreement. Instead, I was offered the opportunity to test drive a car that had already been sold. I found this arrangement highly unprofessional, as it was not the experience I was expecting when visiting a dealership to view and test drive a car I was interested in purchasing.

Moreover, when I inquired about the trade-in value of my current vehicle, the representative assessing my car was unhelpful, dismissive, and appeared more focused on finding faults with the vehicle, despite there being nothing wrong with it. I understand that trade-in assessments can involve some scrutiny, but the attitude and lack of professionalism I encountered were completely unacceptable.

This entire ordeal has left a very negative impression of Suzuki and the standard of service at your Kroonstad dealership. I had hoped to have a positive experience and potentially make a purchase, but unfortunately, this experience has completely deterred me from considering Suzuki further.

I trust you will take this complaint seriously and address the issues raised to ensure that future customers do not have to endure such poor service.
