Computer virus to reset airbag light

On 23 oct drive from plettenberg to George to get airbag light reset, on arrival was told that computer is out of order and need to be fixed, stil no call from them to bring car back! Do they really have only one computer, how do they help customers who also need reset since 23 oct? My other nearest branch is port Elizabeth 250km. George is 100km from plettenberg.
