Complaint about a faulty car and bad service i got from Suzuki South Africa and Suzuki kokstad, Suzuki Scottburg

From Day 1 of laying a complaint about a 1 month old Suzuki Fronx GL 2025 model bought in Suzuki Kokstad that had a breakdown near Crocworld near Duban taken to Suzuki Scottburg ;Suzuki South Africa never cared or bothered to make things easy for me .. they were unconcerned or unbotherd that i had to be the one calling them everyday to get feedback.. after a month of calling and the back of forth they said they cant help i should pay for the damages.. The issue with the car included gears not working , damaged gear box and burnt out clutch as said by a suzuki Scottburg representative.. car is still under warranty and 1 month old when i took it to them . I did first complain to the dealer where i took the car from in Kokstad helped by Zyle and the dealer manager from the first phone call they were not friendly or willing to assist and told me to call Suzuki South Africa if i want because they can't help . I am so disappointed with service i got from both dealers and Suzuki's head office helped by Sibongile . I would never recommend Suzuki cars to anyone because when Zayle did not care i thought Suzuki SA would but they also didn't as i had to call them everyday for feedback... not only would i not recommend it for being faulty too soon but the bad service i got when complaining.

Now i am paying for a car i am not using while i walk to and from work in this cold and rainny days.. i still have to find funds to pay for the car's damage .. what is the use of the warranty?
