Carter Suzuki — bad dealership admin.

Bad administration. Took two to three days to get the price for the vehicle we wanted to trade in (they did the evaluation on site!) whereas WeBuyCars gave the price the same day. Getting the contract signed is slow and tedious; salesmen and managers are clearly not very excited to get the ball rolling. They want to discuss the contract first before sending it, but they've only called once in three days and don't make any follow-up calls. When they say "so and so will call you", they don't give a timeframe or an alternative time. Why is it so hard just to send an electronic contract and finish everything at the same time? We app**** early October and waited 4 days with hardly any feedback about when we'll receive our new car. We had to reach out to them when they conveniently admitted that the car would only be available for use when the deposit was paid. Keep in mind that we only have ONE car to use for work and back, and we're now told on a Monday when they could've been upfront and said the deposit needs to be paid first, maybe on a Friday when the car isn't needed! Bad experience as a first-time buyer. The Suzuki cars may be good, but the staff at Carter Suzuki are quite inept and drag their feet often.
