Car ****** while In For a SERVICE

Good morning Susuzki Kenilworth, had car in for Service. On Friday of Xmas Lunch, car was taken to another supplier, not with clients permission, Car was ****** from that Supplier, Client thought car at Suszuki Branch Kenilworth. Client is without car, and the Susuzki branch is not taking ownership, and treating clients in a distasteful way, blocking them from commenting or sending messages. Awful. Public relations department, clearly not functioning or aways still for the holidays.
