Car service

Around February this year I was so excited about buying my first car since I got my driver's licence ,went to Suzuki garage in richardsbay the sales person adviced me to take a pre owned car since I'm a new driver saying that when I'm actually good than I can get myself a brand New car , I trusted his opinion did just that I took a Hyundai i10 model 2017 after a month the car has been giving me nothing but problems the battery just runs flat i reported the issue the salesman took the car for battery test he said it fine but still today ,my most concern is that it might stop on a dangerous places has it happened last week satarday luckily I was not alone and even today I have not received my spare key it been 8months since I got that car... I'm totally not happy with service I received 😮💨😞
