Car mat problem

Bought a car in December from them and my mat cover's are peeling off the car. Went back to the branch where the car was bought to ask why the car mats are coming off they said it could be the bouts that are not tight enough. They took the car in to "fix" but all they did was to tuck in the mats but a day later they were out again. I went back again but still nothing is being done. Now they giving me excuses that I washed the car with water and vacuum like no car is vacuumed 🫤. I did not wash the inside of the car with water or with anything but vacuum . How can a vacuum ruin a car's mat that is covering the cars body?????
