Cant even get through to complain

Two months ago I took my car to Suzuki in Midrand for a 3000 service. I made it known to them that the car was making excessive noise on start up. This by the way only started once the car came back from its 15000km service from Suzuki in Bryanston. I was told that everything is fine and I am good to go. The car still makes a noise and my drivers seat is now loose... I tried for two weeks to get of Suzuki Midrand and the whole morning to get hold of Suzuki HQ. Great car shocking service. Will never make the same mistake by buying one again
