Bunch of cheats delivering bad service.

So I was going to buy a new Suzuki swift 1.2 GL from a Suzuki dealer and 3 problems arose during the proses. 1. When I app**** for finance it was rejected due to the dealership not being aware of all the documentation that was needed for the specific form of finance I was applying for and then being told I have to go to wesbank myself and try and get the financing.

2. Talking to the sales person and adding a couple of extras to the car the final price was R180900.00 including registration and delivery as this was one of his main sales strategies. When going to the dealer to give my paperwork for the application I decided to add mud guards with where priced at R1600 thus brining the total to R182500.00. When collecting the offer to purchase as I needed this when going to the bank myself The price had been inflated to R187900.00 ( Charging me for registration, delivery ect. which I was told where included in the purchase price when asked this directly )

3. Having paid a R20000 deposit it took them all of three day's before it was even "loaded" to be paid back to me.

With this type of service in the pre-sale I would never again consider purchasing a Suzuki as I cannot even begin to think how bad there after sale service is going to be.
